Philosophy of Care
"My philosophy as a nurse practitioner centers on holistic, patient-centered care. I believe in looking at the whole person—not just their symptoms—to support long-term health goals and an improved quality of life. My focus is on partnering with patients to better understand their bodies, manage chronic conditions, and prevent illness before it starts.
In our virtual visits, I help monitor key health indicators like blood pressure, weight, BMI, and glucose levels (when applicable). Just as importantly, I provide guidance, coaching, and encouragement to support sustainable lifestyle changes. I’m passionate about educating and empowering my patients so they feel confident making the best decisions for themselves and their health. I believe lasting change happens when people are supported, informed, and truly heard."
